China shows the world how it's done.

 

While dear old Blighty struggles on under the most unpopular Prime Minister since the dawn of time, China's leaders garner new praises from the populace - or else!

 

Here President Jiang Ze-min joins 6,000 bespectacled Beijing bureaucrats in the new MFN-friendly way of keeping students indoors - TAXATION.

 

Once again China shows Hong Kong how to follow the basic law. One country, two identical systems, 12 taxes - plus 15 per cent VAT... which won't leave you much change out of a dollar.

 

But bite the bullet chums, it's better than finding it lodged in the back of your heads!
