What's all this about the police commissioner's number plate then.
Marmaduke:
What, you mean the car licence plate "1".
Clarence:
Yeah. I mean what I'd like to know is who gave him the single digit in the first place?
Marmaduke:
Well, Emily Lau did when she asked him about it in Legco.
Clarence:
No, I mean the number plate.
Marmaduke:
Oh ... Well, it came with the car.
Clarence:
I see ... You mean he didn't buy it?
Marmaduke:
Emily Lau's argument?... Oh, the licence plate. No, no, he didn't buy that either.
Clarence:
So what's he going to do now, then?
Marmaduke:
Looks like he's going to stick it out.
Clarence:
What about the rest of the force?
Marmaduke:
Well, the force is with him.
Clarence:
